Parkside Business and Community in Partnership (PBCIP) is committed to supporting more environmentally sustainable initiatives to revitalize Camden, New Jersey’s Parkside neighborhood. PBCIP sees new opportunity to bring together organizations and partners involved in fitness and recreation with those working in gardening and healthy eating programming into one unified purpose. Both types of activities have a strong impact on the continued improvement of Parkside's quality-of-life that combined promises to have a greater reach throughout the city of Camden and beyond. This ambitious goal is possible through the planning and execution of an action plan.

Funded in part by the Campbell's Foundation, this Action Plan will outline some of the key projects and initiatives that taken together will have a transformative impact. Although other projects related to this purpose are ongoing and important, those identified in this Action plan will help chart the course to enhancing the vitality and viability of the community and city.
